Our Air Mail Express (includes Tracking) costs $7

The shipping cost DOES NOT include or cover any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or any other charges that may be assessed when your shipment is imported into your country.

Estimated delivery time:

• Processing time – 1-4 days

• Shipping time – 2 to 8 business days 

All orders will be dispatched by international mail to your address in your country.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order.

You may receive your order sooner or later depending on unforeseen factors such as order processing, weather delays, and in the case of standard shipping, transit timelines. Some of this is out of our hands unfortunately.

If you have a profile on, you can track the details of your order in the "My Account" section.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time. To track your order from this page, go to "My Account" and click "Order History and Details". Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfillment and it cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Please, check your order and read the product information carefully before confirming your order.

Please note, it is not possible to change the shipping method, quantity or add additional items to the order once it’s been submitted.

Customer support is unable to cancel orders or add additional items to the order once it’s been submitted.

How can I return or exchange an article?

Your satisfaction is paramount, but with that said we understand sometimes that something just needs to go back. It’s all good, you can return or exchange any purchase within 125 days of the delivery date - it’s that simple.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to Your Account

2. Click on "Order History and Details"

3. Find the order you want to return or exchange and click on it.

4. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange from the order and then mark them.

Next, a drop-down menu will appear and you can select further options:

- "Refund" (if you wish to return an item(s)).

- "Change Size" (if you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size).

6. Next, click on "Select the store address where you want the return to be sent"

A drop-down menu will appear and you can select the store. 

7. Fill out the "Merchandise Return" form (write the reason why you want to send your item(s) back).

8. Click the button "Make an RMA slip"

9. Lastly, go to My Account, click on "My Merchandise Returns," and look up the Package Status. If the Package Status is "Waiting for Package," click the "Print Out" button and follow the instructions.

We’ll take care of everything else! We'll then send you an email to let you know when your return has been processed or when the product you requested in exchange will be sent out. 

Attention! Worn, damaged, washed, or altered goods cannot be returned. Sorry, but we assume you understand. 

Please allow four weeks from the date we receive your item for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method. In some cases, it can take up to 14 business days from the time that we process the refund for the payment to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

What information about me is collected and stored, and how is that information used?

Great question. We collect and store the information that you enter into our website or that you voluntarily provide to our Customer Service Department. For example, when you open an account or place an order, we collect and store some or all of the following: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, credit-card number and expiration date. This information is used strictly to process the products and services that you have ordered or requested, and to provide customer service. This information also may be used for our own marketing and internal business purposes, as well as to contact you surrounding sales, special offers and new site features. You may opt not to receive promotional communications in connection with this website and also provide us information in the User Content you post to the site. 

In relation to non-personally identifiable information, for example, your IP address, browser information and reference site domain is logged every time you visit the site. We also collect information regarding customer traffic patterns and site usage. This information is used to analyze and improve the site experience and provide our customers with a fulfilling shopping experience. In addition to ordering products and services through the site, we may also offer you the opportunity to provide us with Testimonials. If you send a Testimonial to us, in addition to collecting and storing the information described above, we may print that Testimonial, or an excerpt from it, and publish it together only with your first name, the first letter of your last name, and partial location (city, state, and/or country). We like these because it shows we’re really doing our job.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post a notice on the site notifying users of the changes. In some cases, we may also send an email notifying users of the changes. You should check the site periodically to see if any recent changes to this Privacy Policy have occurred. A drop-down menu will appear and you need to select "Account."

3. Enter the email address you used to create the account (make order).
